• Securities must trade on the NYSE, NASDAQ or AMEX
  
  
• Securities must reflect a share price of $2.00
  (shares priced at less than $2.00 will be considered on a case by case basis)
  
  
• Gross asset value must equate to 2MM, or
  
  
• The net loan amount must reflect $1MM or greater
  
  
• If restricted, the shares must have been held for at least six (6) months
  (freshly cut issues are considered under specific circumstances)
